The terms that apply when you buy from MrudulArt.
About this site
MrudulArt sells original handmade paper quilling and fine art created by Mrudula Tandel. By placing an order on this site you agree to these terms.
The artwork
Every piece is handmade, so no two are identical. Colours may also appear slightly different between screens. Small variations from the photographs are part of the work and are not faults.
Sizes given are approximate and measured to the outer frame unless stated otherwise.
Orders and pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices may change at any time, but a change will never affect an order already placed.
Most originals are one-of-a-kind and sold individually — once a piece sells, it is gone. If an item becomes unavailable after you order it, you will be offered a remake or a full refund.
Custom and personalised work
For personalised pieces, the spelling, names and wording you supply are used exactly as provided. Please check them carefully before ordering — a piece crafted with the details you submitted cannot be returned for a spelling correction.
Custom commissions are quoted individually. Price and timeline are agreed before work begins.
Copyright
All artwork, photographs and text on this site belong to MrudulArt. Buying a piece gives you the artwork itself, not the right to reproduce, copy or sell the design commercially.
If you send a reference photograph for a commission, you confirm you have the right to use it.
Workshops
Workshop bookings are arranged directly. Dates, group size and materials are confirmed in writing before the session.
Liability
Artwork is decorative. Framed pieces should be hung securely and kept away from direct sunlight and damp. MrudulArt is not liable for damage caused by improper hanging, handling or storage after delivery.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
To confirm: add your registered business name, address and GST number here if you are registered — Indian e-commerce rules expect them on this page.
