Shipping & Returns

How your artwork is made, packed and sent — and what happens if something is not right.

Dispatch times

Every piece is made by hand, so dispatch time depends on whether the artwork is ready to ship or crafted to order. The exact timing for each piece is shown on its own product page, under Shipping & returns.

Ready-to-ship pieces are already made and leave the studio sooner. Made-to-order pieces — including personalised nameplates and commissions — are only started once your order is placed.

Packaging

Paper artwork is fragile, so everything is wrapped by hand in protective packaging and boxed for transit. Framed pieces are corner-protected and cushioned.

Tracking

All orders ship with tracking. You will receive the tracking details by email once your parcel leaves the studio.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

To confirm: confirm whether shipping is free above a certain order value, and whether international orders are accepted — then edit this section.

Returns

Because every artwork is handmade, slight variations from the photographs are part of its character and are not considered defects.

Personalised and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are created specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned if they arrive damaged. Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and the outer packaging, and I will arrange a replacement or refund.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before unwrapping if you can — it helps with the courier claim. If a tracked parcel does not arrive, contact me and I will raise it with the courier.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before work begins. Once a made-to-order piece has been started, it can no longer be cancelled.
