Track My Order

Where your parcel is, and what to do if it has not arrived.

Using your tracking link

Once your parcel leaves the studio you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start updating after it is issued.

Check your order status

If you created an account at checkout, you can see every order and its status in My Account.

Ordered as a guest? Just email or message me with your order number and I will send you an update.

Order still being made?

Made-to-order pieces are crafted after your order arrives, so there will be no tracking number until the work is finished and packed. The product page for your piece shows what to expect.

Something wrong?

If tracking has not moved for several days, or your parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact me with your order number and I will chase it with the courier.
